Quick summary:
I've been a drawing artist since childhood with the help of various art tutorial books and with the advice of my two artistic sisters to help me improve. I would describe my current style as an anime-influenced realistic style. My top two sources of inspiration for are Pokémon and D&D.
My Gallery:
The older of my posted art is Pokémon-based. It was a new field for me when I was starting to post, and it all started because I participated in a Pokémon art challenge I'd found in 2014. I extended the challenge into a year's work, and when I'd finished it I had begun drawing fusions.
When I graduated from college, I found a part-time job and began drawing fusions less often. Instead, I spent a few months redrawing a lot of my old characters in my newest style.
I found a full-time job and began drawing even less frequently, except that I discovered Dungeons and Dragons, and started sketching scenes that played out and the characters being played. I decided it'd be fun to mix Pokémon with D&D. I established a list of thirty Pokémon with some friends, and I managed to finish drawing all thirty of them even though everyone else stopped keeping up with me. Each one is human due to me deciding in advance to adhere to gijinka meaning a human form of something else... but each one is a different subclass (or a different category of a class in some cases) of the twelve classes available in the Player's Handbook from 5e D&D.
When I had finished those, I decided that I had enjoyed teaching myself to use my Prismacolor pencils. I wanted to continue drawing and I wanted to continue coloring, so I went back to my redrawn pictures and began drawing them in color. They are also intermixed with a number of commissions (paid and voluntary) of D&D characters. I have enjoyed the colorful displays of what I've drawn.
Since I tend to draw things over and over, I have come back to the state of wanting to draw Pokémon as they are - in a challenge like the one I started in 2014. This time I'm trying watercolor pencils out for the first time in forever as well as using ink pens for a finished look. I hope you'll be inspired to draw Pokémon, too. I could try making a challenge list if it helps. 😏

I'm sorry for dropping off the face of the earth for a couple years. I'll try to post the challenge Pokémon art every weekend. 😄
Please give feedback on things you like. It's pretty lonely to have a lot of watchers, and not a lot of verbal feedback. Recommend a redraw you liked and want to see in color. Assure me that you're still on DeviantArt even though it's been several years since I started. 😉
Aww, of course! 😍
Hello~! Thank you so much for the fav^V^
I'll be honored if you would watch me or remind me for new pokemon art trades or commissions^^
Absolutely! Your Pokémon are really cute and so emotive! Nice work! 💙
